New Business Start Ups

New Company Formation

Looking to set up in business?

We can help you choose the most suitable structure for your business

  • Sole trader,
  • Partnership, or
  • Limited company

It is generally cheaper and easier to set up as a sole trader, but it is important to get the correct business structure from the start, and you need to understand all the advantages/disadvantages of each type of structure before starting up.

If you choose Sole Trader/Partnership route we can help:

  • Register your business with the relevant authorities – e.g. HM Revenue and Customs
  • If you are employing staff, set up a PAYE scheme
  • Register your business for VAT when it becomes necessary – the vat registration limit from 1st April 2015 is currently £82,000 (for any past 12 month’s turnover)
  • Raise finance and establish a good relationship with your bank
  • Prepare business plans, budgets and cashflow statements
  • Choose and set up effective accounting systems/software and processes
  • With day to day financial matters e.g bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and all other accounting requirements
  • Keep your business compliant.

If you choose Limited Company route we can:

  • Register your business with the relevant authorities – for example Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs
  • If you are employing staff, set up a PAYE scheme
  • Deal with Company Secretarial issues
  • Register your business for VAT when it becomes necessary – the vat registration limit from 1st April 2015 is currently £82,000 (for any past 12 month’s turnover)
  • Raise finance and establish a good relationship with your bank
  • Prepare business plans, budgets and cashflow statements
  • Choose and set up effective accounting systems/software and processes
  • With day to day financial matters e.g bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and all other accounting requirements
  • File your Annual Return to Companies House
  • Keep your business compliant.
